Food For Life

All this started when hubby suggested I keep a record of what we've eaten - 'you know, like Jim' he said. No Jim is a real foodies and keeps a record in his diary of exactly what he has served to anyone that has visited and for all I know what he's cooked any day of the week. But hey - life's too short for that......

Anyway, hubby is a fussy eater in my book - he does not eat onions or tomatoes and only a few less mature cheeses. Considering that these are three items that I love to eat, my cookery live is not easy! Nevertheless we have been married for nearly 15 years so at least we're managing to cope with it and I've even sneaked a few new items into his limited choices.

I have now decided to keep a track of what I have fed him and what he has tried outside of my kitchen to hopefully expand his repertoire further and to give me and partners of other fussy eaters some inspiration.

So, last night I created a Fussy Eater Pizza - based on a little idea on the menu at Watershed Cinema in Bristol but with far less fat;

Take a soft flour tortilla for each adult, spread with a little pesto (make your own or use any jar from the Stupormarket) top with your choice of toppings - I used pepperoni, grilled chicken and mozerella. Grill until cheese melts and bubbles. Enjoy!

Tonight we dine out.......
